With more than 25 years of experience in the collision repair industry, Rick Marcek is a seasoned leader and operator. He has successfully managed high-volume auto body shops, including serving as Lead Estimator, Production, and General Manager for Caliber Collision, Abra Autobody and Glass, here in Colorado.
Rick’s expertise spans the entire repair lifecycle — from production management and workflow optimization to accurate estimating (CCC-ONE), insurance negotiations, supplement control, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes. Known for his hands-on approach and problem-solving mindset, he has built a reputation for running efficient, high-quality collision centers that consistently exceed industry standards.
